In order to carry out gas work legally, all our commercial plumbers and engineers are Gas Safe approved and register to carry out installations safely.
To prove we are competent to work at height, our engineers also hold an up-to-date PASMA card.
As a company, we also have Personal and Public Liability Insurance which can cover us for any place of work up to the value of £10million.

As well as being Gas Safe registered, all our gas fitters and engineers are compliant with the current UK gas and water regulations, aligned to the current Building Regulations. We also attend regular Health & Safety training courses and complete annual refresher updates, including Asbestos Awareness.

In accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, we can supply and install the Ideal Instinct combination boiler with a 5-year warranty, whilst the Ideal Logic Max System2 comes with 10 years as standard. As an approved Max Accredited Installer, we can also offer an extended 12-year warranty on the Vogue Max range – including the Ideal Vogue Gen2 System.

To give you complete peace of mind, all our work is backed by a 12-month parts and labour guarantee. Should you suffer from any problems or snags during this time, call us up and we will return to sort the problem for free. All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable.

Item descriptionTo qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old, have been a UK resident for more than 12 months, own a personal bank account from which a Direct Debit can be taken. You must also be an owner-occupier and meet one of the following criteria: be in permanent employment working a minimum of 16 hours per week, be self-employed, retired, on disability allowance or unemployed and a 'house person' with the consent of a co-habiting working partner.

Finance cannot be provided to individuals who are unemployed or without a spouse/partner in full-time employment. The same applies to those in temporary positions or agency workers, foster carers without a spouse/partner meeting our minimum employment criteria and child-minders without a registered crèche or nursery. Full-time students (except trainee nurses and doctors) and supply teachers without a permanent contract with a specific school (possibly requiring the school's name and address) are also not usually eligible.

Boiler finance is available to cover the entire installation, including accessories like controls, radiators, and pipework. We believe this is advantageous for you because it ensures all components are compatible and helps to spread the cost of the entire installation over manageable payments, alleviating the financial burden. Furthermore, a single boiler finance package makes it easier for you to budget and avoids the need to pay separately for parts or labour.

Yes – every application for boiler finance is completed online to streamline the application process, making it faster and more convenient to secure funding.
By using a secure online platform, it is easier to fill in the application forms and supporting documentation. Additionally, the online application process enables us to provide real-time verification of customer information, enhancing security and reducing the risk of fraud.

To comply with regulatory requirements and consumer protection laws stipulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we do not charge arrangement fees and are not allowed to benefit by receiving any hidden extra fees for offering credit.
FCA guidelines also mandate that pricing must be transparent and customers cannot be treated unfairly by charging additional fees beyond the agreed terms as this can be considered unfair or deceptive. We 100% adhere to all FCA pricing practices and are compliant with all regulatory standards.

It is not possible to request the delivery of a boiler installation to a different property as this safeguards against fraudulent applications. Firstly, it ensures the boiler is delivered and installed at the verified address of the applicant prevents identity theft and unauthorised use of personal information. It ensures that the person applying for the boiler finance is indeed the legitimate resident and intends to use the product at their registered address.
